Shipping & Returns

- Returns shall be guaranteed for up to TWO weeks following re-opening, on any purchased item as of MONDAY 16th March 2020 onwards.

- For ANY return, kindly fill in the RETURN FORM and bring it to our store together with the invoice/receipt of purchase.

- Any returns, unless faulty, have to be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that all original packaging and labels need to be flawlessly returned and that product is unused.

- Returns should ideally be returned to the purchase location, please find complete list of our stores here.

- Personalised products, unless faulty, are not eligible for refund/exchange.
