Returns Policy

These are the RETURN options that we offer:


1. INSTORE RETURNS

- Returns shall be guaranteed for up to TWO weeks following re-opening, on any purchased item as of THURSDAY 11th March 2021 onwards via our ECOMMERCE STORE.
- Kindly bring the item at our store together with the invoice/receipt of purchase.
- Should you have received the 15% CASHBACK voucher it is important that you get a copy of the voucher.

2. ONLINE RETURNS

- You may return items purchased ONLINE via our E-COMMERCE STORE for up to 14 days from date of invoice. Should you wish to return any item kindly
follow the following procedure.

Items can be returned by:

1. POSTAL ADDRESS*:
Eurosport, Catalunya Buildings, Psaila Street, Birkirkara, BKR9076.

- Kindly add ECOMMERCE STORE RETURN to the above address. *Returns sent by mail are at the expense of the customer.

Kindly note:

- Items should be returned sealed, in their bag / envelope or in any other bag or envelope.
- One copy of the RETURN FORM should be inserted with the returnable item.
- This should clearly show the original order number (Eg. ORDER 12345 & INVOICE No. 12345) & clearly highlighting your contact details.

2. CONTACTLESS DROP OFF ADDRESS:

Return Hours: Mon - Sat: 9am – 5pm

Kindly note:

- Items should be returned sealed, in their bag / envelope or in any other bag or envelope.
- TWO COPIES of the RETURN FORM are to be printed. ONE is to be attached / inserted with returnable item. The OTHER COPY is to kindly show at item DROP OFF point for stamping.
- BOTH should clearly show the original order number (Eg. ORDER 12345 & INVOICE No. 12345) & clearly highlighting your contact details.
Once you submit your return request, our team will get back to you via phone / email within 3-5 working days to advise about the request and advise about your possible reimbursement.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

- All items purchased from our E-Commerce store are returnable except for underwear and masks, due to hygiene reasons.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
- Any returns, unless faulty, have to be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that all original packaging and labels need to be flawlessly returned and that product is unused.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND? (ONLINE RETURNS)

- Once your return is received and inspected, our team will get back to you via phone / email to advise about your return request and the possible
reimbursement.
- If return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working
days.
