The Slam Ball is suitable for various exercises during fitness- and functional training. The latter is especially suitable for throwing on the ground. The ball has no rebound effect at all, which only results in the ball being lifting. Both in combination throwing and lifting, with a certain weight and high repetition rate not only improved the strength endurance of the muscles, but also the cardiovascular system. The design and textured surface offers extra grip.

Our Standard Delivery ensures that your order should be with you in up three (3) to five (5) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays). This does not apply for any equipment / accessories that requires assembly.
Note: For any equipment / accessories that requires assembly, clients will be contacted to coordinate delivery. Should there be need of a lifting service due to heavy/large equipment that does not fit in lift or for premises that have no lift, a charge of €35 will apply (to be paid upon delivery).
ALL ORDERS above €25.00 will get FREE Delivery in MALTA. GOZO deliveries are subject to a charge of €5 - €10 OR €10 - €20 for heavy items incl. fitness equipment & accessories.
