Job Description

Michele Peresso Group is mainly active in the retail market through its subsidiaries Eurosport Ltd., Europharma Ltd. and Michele Peresso Fashion Ltd. We are currently recruiting for the position of a Front Desk and Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis.

The position is open on a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday between 3pm and 7.30pm.

 

Key responsibilities

The basic function of the Front Desk and Administrative Assistant is to support the Michele Peresso Group with office and administrative duties, while running the front desk and handling telephone calls and emails as necessary. Duties include:

  • Take calls, return and divert calls and emails to the right department.
  • Greet visitors at the front desk and inform the relevant department of visitors’ arrival.
  • Assist the HR Department in any administrative and clerical work as requested,
  • Perform other administrative tasks and clerical support in the office, as required.

 

The selected candidate will

 Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be computer literate and have a good command of MS Office applications.
  • Have at least an MQF Level 3 standard of education.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English skills, while proficiency in Maltese will be considered an asset
  • Preferably have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in clerical and reception desk duties.
