Recommended for speed training in combination with WAVE RIDER, and for jogging and LSD to train ground sense in combination with higher-level racing shoes. A convenient pair of shoes that can be used in a variety of ways to increase the variety of shoe rotation.

<Midsole>
The entire shoe is made of MIZUNO ENERZY foam, which has excellent cushioning and resilience. The
moderately thick midsole, 24.0 mm in the forefoot and 32.0 mm (27.0 cm) in the rear foot, is suitable for a wide range of activities from full marathon races to speed training. In addition, the "WAVE PLATE" installed in the midsole achieves both cushioning and stability, and the shape that extends to the forefoot is designed to provide higher propulsion (compared to WAVE RIDER). At the same time, we also took into consideration the gentleness and ease of use on the feet.

<Upper>
In order to reduce weight, the thickness of the upper mesh has been revised from the previous model. Improved lightness and breathability while ensuring durability. The shoe tongue (tongue) adopts a gusset structure that extends to the side of the shoe, pursuing support for foot movement and improved fit.

<Last> The
shoe has been designed to fit and fit easily, even for runners who are looking to step up.
