KT TAPE's Recovery Patches utilize edema taping - it is theorized that edema taping lifst the skin and allow lymphatic fluids to flow to aid in the healing process.

Combines the benefits of both deep tissue massage therapy and hot/cold treatment to warm-up and loosen muscles (hot therapy), and relieve pain and inflammation (cold therapy).

Each box contains 20 precut strips of tape; each piece is 5x25cm for a total of 5m length.

This versatile wrap can be lengthened or shortened using the built in extension to fit a variety of different targeted body areas, and the wrap stays in place hands-free so that you can stay active.
