IT Assistant

Michele Peresso Group is mainly active in the retail market through its subsidiaries Eurosport Ltd., Europharma Ltd. and Michele Peresso Fashion Ltd. We are currently recruiting for the position of IT Assistant.

Working closely with the IT System Administrator, the IT Assistant will provide support in several tasks and IT-related matters across the Group, including at our retail outlets around the island.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day IT operations;
• Assist in carrying out maintenance and up-keep of the Group’s IT infrastructure and systems;
• Troubleshoot IT-based problems and resolve such issues directly or with the support of our external suppliers;
• Provide IT technical support across the Group, both in person or over the phone;
• Generate reports using SQL scripts.

The ideal candidate should be pro-active and should be a good problem solver. They should also:

• Have obtained a Higher Diploma in IT or a similar Level 5 qualification;
• Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an IT environment;
• Be a team player and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and;
• Be in possession of a valid Driving License and have own transport.
