In recent years, the conversation around diversity, equality and inclusion gender equity has gained significant momentum, with more people recognising the need for gender equality in all spheres of life. However, while the fight for gender equity equality has come a long way, much work remains to be done.
What are the essential steps towards embracing equality at the place of work?
Embracing diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace takes on many forms. Equality at work means fairness and equal opportunities for all employees, irrespective of gender, age, ability or culture. It means that people are treated fairly and respectfully and that diversity becomes an advantage where different ideas and suggestions are shared and valued.
The theme of the International Women’s Day 2023 is Embracing Equity. Beyond equality and diversity, equity ensures that the right resources are provided to people according to their specific circumstances to ensure success in the opportunities available.

All our employees are provided with training in line with their job requirements and are provided opportunities to learn and grow in their careers.
