AB DUAL brings together in one product two classic tools for abdominal training and general toning of the whole body:
- ABDOMINAL BENCH: used as an inclined bench, AB DUAL allows you to perform the crunch (basic movement of the abdominals) in comfort and safety. The back guarantees the maintenance of a correct posture, avoiding overloading the back, and the movement tones during the two work phases (inhalation and exhalation), concentrating the benefits in a shorter time of use.
- REVERSE CRUNCH: by lowering the backrest, AB DUAL allows you to train yourback, arms, hips, abs, legs and buttocksin one movement. It is ideal for general toning of all muscles; the pillow on which to rest the knees guarantees maximum comfort during movement.
